  • How Do Scammers Know What They Know?...The success hackers have had in infiltrating real estate transactions to siphon off money into illegal accounts has prompted the Federal Trade Commission and NAR to post a warning on the FTC website. The latest Voice for Real Estate news video looks at how scammers phish for key information and then exploit it to rob home buyers. Other stories look at FHA handbook changes that NAR believes blur the line between appraisals and home inspections. The video also looks at commercial real estate opportunities as companies revamp their accounting practices to meet coming rule changes.
